Badly managed and totally run down rooms. Poor value for money . Rooms are unclean , bathrooms are dirty & Moldy ! Need a total overhaul. Breakfast restaurant is also unhygienic. Full of flies on the food . Very disappointing!

It’s a hotel that has a great location. We hear it is a 4 star jotel
We liked the rooftop area of the hotel blocks. You get a clear view of the two volcanic mountains Sibayak and Sinabung.
We did not like the fact that there were no fans nor air conditioning in the hotel rooms. The weather is cool but the rooms get insulated so we had to open the windows. And there was no mosquito nets so we were getting bitten the whole night. It was difficult to sleep.

Possibly the best place in Berastagi.
The views from the roof, the room, which was excellent and the restaurant. Note that we hardly ever eat at a restaurant as we find that spreading your money works best on communities etc but on this occasion we ate at the restaurant.
